⏱️ Processing Your Order

Each order is hand-checked, quality-inspected, and packed with precision.
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships.
During busy periods or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

🇺🇸 United States Orders

  • Shipped via USPS or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days after processing

🌎 International Orders

  • Delivery times vary by region and fulfillment center

  • Most orders arrive within 15–30 business days


⚠️ Possible Delays

While we do everything possible to deliver on time, unforeseen factors like weather, customs checks, or global shipping conditions may cause delays.
We appreciate your patience — and promise to stay transparent and responsive if any delay occurs.


🔍 Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can monitor your shipment anytime through our [Track My Order] page for real-time updates.


❌ Order Changes or Cancellations

Need to make a change?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, completely free of charge.
Simply email Aster@gmail.com with the subject line: “Cancel My Order.”

After 24 hours, the fulfillment process begins and changes may no longer be possible.


🏡 Updating Your Address

Entered the wrong shipping address? No problem — just contact us within 24 hours and we’ll update it immediately.
Once the package has been shipped, address changes can’t be made, but we’ll do our best to help coordinate with the courier if needed.


📦 Delivery Attempts

Our carriers typically make two delivery attempts.
If both attempts are unsuccessful, your package may be returned to our warehouse. We’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund as soon as we receive it back.


💔 Damaged or Defective Items

We pack every item with care — but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right immediately.
Please email aster@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or full refund, no extra cost and no questions asked.
